LVHRD’s Architect Duel is back in action and set to take place next Tuesday, March 21. The competitors: Eric Hofmann and Daniel Colvard of Arquitectonica vs. Matthew Grzywinski and Amador Pons of Grzywinski Pons Architects. Arquitectonica is a global giant, flexing its muscles in the US, Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Grzywinski Pons Architects are the young guns, having recently completed their first major project, the Hotel on Rivington. It’s your classic “big guy vs. little guy” match-up, with the usual underlying question: Does size really matter?

We’ll know in a week’s time, when the clock is ticking and the teams are racing to measure, slice, and build their way toward glory.
