TIME Magazine’s 25 top 10 lists of 2006, ranks the best and boldest of last year for everything from film to scandals. It’s a prestigious list that only the most noticeable, head turning attractions of the year are prone to make, and that’s what makes us all the more proud when we find out that more than just one LVHRD member has made the top ten list for best podcast of 2006.

Coming in at number two is filmmaker Ze Frank with his podcast of the daily Ze Frank Show. Debuting last March, this satiric and witty “show” is set to end on March 17th, which is one year from whence it began. Ze Frank was the subject of LVHRD’s very first event.

And in at number five is the Cool Hunting podcast. This weekly cast, featured in a series of vignettes, delves deep into the world of art, design and technology. Ari Kuschnir and his partner Scott Thrift of m ss ng p eces have done several LVHRD VDOs and are also LVHRD members. Also of note from Cool Hunting is founder, Josh Rubin, who hosted Bi-Fold I with Paul Pope and Mark DeNardo. And to put a cherry on top, LVHRD’s fist Bi-Fold was also featured in one of their episodes. Capital work, guys. Here’s looking to an auspicious 2007.
