The Table of Malcontents has found a bikini-clad reason to bring up LVHRD’s GMHRD. Nearly two years after we dropped our pants at Barcade, the underwear-only video game competition is still turning heads. TOM thinks that might be due in no small part to the lady pictured here. From their blog:

“I’m really writing this post to highlight the scintillating firebrand above, who (understandably) hogged almost all the camera time at the last event. Showing up like an ultra-sexy, bikini-clad Atomic Fireball tends to do that to you.”

We would like to point out that GMHRD was a tournament of champions “geeking for glory,” and not about the assests of any one player. Coverage of the event, however, always seems to stray from the sportsmanship into the realm of this.

Oh well. What do you expect from people raised on Atari Lynx and Game Gear. Those systems were all about the sex. I’ll guess we’ll just have to wait until the next generation comes of age. Maybe having been weened on Wiis and PS3s they’ll give semi-nude arcade gamers the respect they deserve.
