On March 20, 2006 LVHRD first ventured into the realm of competitive karaoke with MCFGHT! Karaoke Showdown. Held at a gorgeous banquet hall in New York’s Chinatown, 6 singers fought through a variety of rounds and challenges in this single elimination tournament. Hosted by Michelle Collins and judged by Tim Harrington of Les Savy Fav, Ricky Van Veen of College Humor, Rob Harvilla of The Village Voice, and Andres Levin of Yerba Buena, MCFGHT ushered singers and audience through the full performance spectrum. In this VDO, LVHRD traces the steps of each competitor as they work their way to the title of Karaoke Champion.
