On Tuesday, May 22nd, LVHRD hosted our second annual MCFGHT: Karaoke Showdown. Held within a converted Soho gymnasium, the 3 round event featured 6 gifted competitors going mic to mic with the hopes of being crowned LVHRD’s karaoke king.
Hosted by Kurt Braunohler and featuring the championship blend of Dewar’s scotch whisky and music by Snack and C’mish from Turntable Lab, MCFGHT II was a knock-down, drag ‘em-out-in-the-street battle, the likes of which NYC has never seen. The results may have been hotly contested, but there is no doubt the karaoke soared.
