White is the color of knowledge
The highest level of meditative achievement in Buddhism is the Rainbow Body, when a soul possesses all energy, all color, and the body is transformed into pure light by the harmonious conflict. Nirvana.
Buddhist monks will meditate on each of the representative colors, Blue, Black, Red, Green, White, Yellow, until they are aware of the intrinsic power of each, even black, the color of hate and darkness.
None of the colors are good and none are evil, just as the impulses of man are neither good nor evil. Without the interaction between the colors–without the conflict–Nirvana would not be possible.
