Friday night thehappycorp global threw their final Happy Hour at 56 Spring Street. The building will be torn down; condos will go up in its stead.

Let’s just say there’s no way the building doesn’t feel loved. It got a proper send-off into New York real estate oblivion.

Building on top of 56 Spring will be like building on top of an Indian Burial Ground, but in a good way, not in the zombie pet way.

Whoever moves into those condos is going to be unusually creatively prolific, blessed with health and a strong inclination towards happiness.
