Opening Thursday, September 13th at MoCCA, Infinite Canvas, the endless art and drama of web comics, will feature the work of some of the web’s finest digital storytellers such as Penny Arcade, PhD, DieselSweeties, Supernatural Law and Scott McCloud.

Curator Jennifer Babcock, who draws C’est La Vie says she put the show together to examine how the web comic transcends many of the editorial confines to which print comics fall victim, thus reaching wider and more niche audiences.

The exhibit also includes a new installment of MoCCA’s New York Artist Showcase, featuring members of the online comics collective ACT-I-VATE.

The opening reception for Infinite Canvas will be held September 13th, 7pm, at 594 Broadway, Suite 401. Admission is $10.

If you can’t make the opening, the exhibit will be up through January 14th.
