Thursday, October 18th, is the NDA Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony followed by a party at the Target National Design Education Center with DJ Chip Kidd.
Tickets to the dinner and after-party are $100 for members; $125 for non-members.
If you love design and prefer the inexpensive side of things, visit the Cooper-Hewitt this week to catch the current exhibitions (Piranesi as designer, IDEO selects, the lighting of Ingo Maurer) and permanent collection for $0. Admission is free in honor of National Design Week.
