Upnorth design for Zoo York

You don't even want to put trucks and wheels on it.

Steve Green and Justin Kay came down from northern Wisconsin, where bodies of water have names like Scattering Rice Lake and Catfish Lake, and founded Upnorth graphic design in NYC.

They’ve done layout, type and apparel graphics for Zoo York, XLR8R Magazine, Akademiks, K-Swiss, and Marc Ecko Cut & Sew. For influences they site “a rich history of skateboarding, Black Sabbath and the 1982 Milwaukee Brewers.”

They also publish the design zine oneonenine.

At BIFOLD SPORT Steve and Justin will present on the co-mingling wonderworld of skateboarding and design, specifically, how the two feed into each other like a reverse infinity snake, bringing internal artistic fusion to skateboard culture.
