Dewar’s Wit and Wisdom: A winner at last

In February of 2006 five improv comedy troupes went head-to-head at Dewar’s Wit and Wisdom competition for a $10,000 prize.
A winner was never chosen…
Last night at The Slipper Room, Seth Herzog hosted a screening of the Wit and Wisdom footage to settle the contest.
A small audience gathered to have some laughs, enjoy Dewar’s White Label and see which of the teams would leave with the cash.
After reliving the antics of The Royal We, Hot Sauce, Mother, Big Black Car, and The Wicked Wicked Hammerkatz, three judges deliberated while Herzog dance, coming down with the gavel directly on Mother’s udder.
Milk and 10K everywhere. Herzog on stage, thrusting, gyrating madly. Just another night at the slipper room.
Congratulations to Mother and a huge thank you to all the teams who competed in Dewar’s Wit and Wisdom. You were more than patient waiting for a decision.
