Tuesday night, August 26th, we here at LVHRD invited our friends to what was intended to be an epic adventure through the wild streets of Williamsburg in celebration of summer, our favorite season of the year.
We here at LVHRD are departing from the norm this Labor Day weekend to celebrate the unemployed. Unemployed Lloyd, LVHRD friend and host of DNCHRD III, is turning an unspecified age, and wants help celebrating. The birthday bash will be at LOVE on MacDougal St. and 8th, 10pm this Sunday, August 31st– no cover until 1am. Expect ridiculous turntable action, lots of booze, and, if DNCHRD III was any indication, some pretty serious dancing.
So what’s stopping you? Employed or unemployed, you can sleep in ‘til 2 on Monday.
By now you’ve already copped your tickets for tomorrow’s BR CRWL (…right?) but have you selected your attire for the evening yet?

It all started when Powderly’s plans to travel to Beijing to take part in the Synthetic Times New Media exhibition were abruptly altered by the curator’s prohibiting Powderly’s participation. The curator wished to censor…

Sebastien Tellier’s new album ‘Sexuality’ has been in stores for a while, but his first live NYC performance was this past week at Hiro and The Fader has a decent video.
The interesting thing, is that by stores, we mean just in American Apparel. You can buy it on iTunes, but it looks like only the “clean” version is on there and who wants that.
Their collective brand love makes total sense considering the man’s love of lame’, and the hot moaning that courses through his francosexalicious album. The sound is a modern sexual…
