Paris Hilton Finally Gets Paid for Porn

The Lazarides Gallery of the UK, most famously known for its representation of the graffiti artist Banksy, has opened its first U.S.-based exhibit in New York called The Outsiders. Amongst the 50 or so works are a collage of our revered president, Dubya, made of porno clippings and a new one of Paris Hilton done in the same fashion. Jonathon Yeo, the artist, says he is giving proceeds from the sale of the Hilton piece to Ms. Hilton herself, since she never got paid for “One Night in Paris.” Murals also adorn the outside of the gallery, including JR’s wheat paste of a pregnant African girl.
The show only runs until October 12th at the (temporary) Lazarides Gallery in New York. The address is 282 Bowery and Houston, and the hours are from 11a-7p daily. Artists include Faile, Paul Insect, JR, Antony Micallef, Jonathan Yeo, Miranda Donovan, Invader, David Choe, Mark Jenkins, Todd James, Vhils, Polly Morgan, Mode 2, BAST, Conor Harrington, Zevs, Blu, Borf and Ian Francis.
Go check it out before the wheat pastes are painted over.

Tens of thousands of dollars for shitty collages. (some really nice shitty collages, but still, shitty collages) These guys are so street.
