Comedian, LVHRD member, and host of ACTHRD: Thespian Royale, Dave Hill will hold an all new Dave Hill Explosion on Thursday, January 11th at the UCB Theatre. Taking place at 9:30PM, five dollars will get you in the door for a performance that might make your head explode if you’re not careful of excess amounts of comedy.

LVHRD: Okay, so this is the DRTS series of LVHRD, something new that we’re starting to find out more about LVHRD and its members. It’s complimentary to LVHRD MGZN’s NTRVW series, and is presented in AIM format to offer more of a conversational approach similar to the fast moving, fast talking internet age. LVHRD MGZN II Coming Soon; Accepting Editors, Writers

The second issue of the quarterly digital LVHRD MGZN is coming at the end of February 2007 and LVHRD is currently seeking writers and section editors. Sections available for contribution include a variety of short pieces for the front of the book, interview driven profiles, features including photo  and video, and review pieces. If you’re note familiary with the MGZN, download a copy of the first issue.

The available positions have varied responsibilties, including writing, editing, and art contribution, and all those interested are encouraged to contact Chantal Strauss.

Making his US debut, Danish musician Hess is More will be appearing at Monkeytown in Williamsburg, Brooklyn tonight. You’ve read about him in the LVHRD MGZN (if you haven’t yet, download a copy of the issue here), and now you can see him live.
