We’re sending out some major kudos to fashion designer Steven Alan, whom you guys might remember was one of the judges at FSHNDL V last month.

Alan recently donated more than a thousand items to the Housing Works on W. 17th Street in New York, which will offer them at discount prices as part of a charity sample sale starting next Saturday, December 27.

Alan’s contribution includes designs from not just his own line but from others’, as well. Profits from their sale will go towards Housing Works, whose mission is to provide lifesaving services for homeless and low-income New Yorkers living with HIV and AIDS.

We applaud Alan for this is a huge act of generosity and encourage you all to stop by the W. 17th Housing Works between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. on December 27 to help support a truly remarkable cause.
