Just days after (CLL) PHN-LCKN at the Museum of Modern Art, LVHRD announces its next event - Bi-Fold II: Wild, taking place next week, Thursday, November 16th, 2006.

Brazilian graffiti artist Speto, a pioneer in the Brazilian street art scene who has produced pieces that can be seen in cities worldwide, will present his work and create art for a live audience. Speto's range of influences and ability to synthesis his social and political views will provide the backdrop for showcasing his evolving and inspiring graffiti style.

New York-based Graffiti Research Lab will take the lead for the second portion of the evening with an interactive presentation. GRL is a group dedicated to outfitting graffiti writers, artists and protesters with the tools they need to reclaim the streets from corporate oppression. By utilizing techniques such as LED technology and projections to showcase their creations, GRL's revolutionary stylings will provide an interesting counterpart to Speto's classical work.

LVHRD Bi-Fold II will be hosted by Jake Dobbin, publisher of Gothamist.com and Streetsy.com, and will take place somewhere in Midtown West, New York City. The location of this event will remain undisclosed until November 16th, when LVHRD members will receive an SMS message communicating the address.
